What’s most important to you?
What do you care about the most?
The question isn’t “What should be the most important?”
Everyone has the ability to care about 3 things for the most part.
But most of us have lists of at least 10-20 things that take our energy throughout the day. And most of those are not aligned with what’s most important.
So what do you care about the most?
This question might be easy. But the answers that usually come out first are the “shoulds.”
The “shoulds” are what we think we are supposed to value. The “shoulds” may not be important to us at all, but they tend to get all of our focus and energy when we don’t stop to question what we do and why we are doing it.
And this is why its important for you to know what you care about most.
List your top three and stay focused on those. Everything else is just noise.
