There is a crossroads in every woman’s life, and you might be well into the journey before even realizing it.

The crossroads from who you have been to who you are becoming is part spiritual and part hormonal. And it can start happening to women as early as the mid-30s and can overlap with career growth, parenthood, postpartum and perimenopause.
