6 Tips to Tune in to Your Intuition
1. Spend time in Silence
When was the last time you spent time in pure silence? Start with 5 minutes, then 15, and then see if you can spend an entire day in SILENCE.
2. Learn to Regulate Your Nervous System
Start noticing when you feel physically stressed, and what is causing it from your day-to-day life. What can you do to PHYSICALLY de-stress?
3. Look for Signs
Your intuition speaks to you in signs, symbols and synchronicities. Start paying attention to subtle signs that are pointing you in the right direction.
4. Journal
You can tap into your intuition by simply journaling. Try writing what flows from your brain, as soon as you wake up in the morning.
5. Get Clear on What you Really Want
Most of us are living by default, without considering what we really want. What would be your “best case scenario?” Get clear on what you really want.
6. Take Aligned Action
Instead of acting as if you are stuck, start taking action “as if” what you want is happening and the signs will start appearing like steppingstones, showing you the way.
